Returns and Refunds

At Rustic Scoop™, your happiness matters to us! We’re proud to make the highest-quality gluten-free and allergen-free baking mixes and want you to love every bite.

If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly refund the price of the mix (excluding shipping) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

• You must have followed the directions on the package.

• Please provide photos of the baked product showing how it didn’t perform as described.

• Include the product name and lot number from the packaging when you contact us.
  

Once we receive your details, we’ll review your request and make it right if the product was at fault. We truly appreciate your trust in Rustic Scoop™—thank you for letting us bake alongside you!

Shipping
Your order will be shipped within two business days of ordering. To get the best shipping price per mix, purchase two or more mixes.

International Orders
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes, tariffs, or duties.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
